Thursday

{trend} : t-strappin'.

i'm having a summer love for the whole
 t-strap sandal/shoe look.

i have no clue why.
they look awesome on most people.
but i have serious cankles.
so ... this style is not flattering on my
terrible legs whatsoever.

i also hate wearing sandals in nyc, period.
because my feet end up looking like i walked through wal*mart barefoot after 2 minutes out on the street.

anyway. i still love these.
maybe i'll just love them from afar.

{today is} : SPRING

Dear Spring,
I welcome you with OPEN arms!
i have never been so ready for warmer days...

today - i treated my already happy mood by giving myself flowers.

i cannot WAIT to say see-ya to my cold weather uniform -
hats, sweatshirts, 2 pair of socks &
every single sweater i can layer under my down-feather coat.

bring on the sunshine.
AND the maxi dresses.

Saturday

{style} : shoe saturday

i like shoes.
a lot.

 i also buy a ton of them & WILL NOT
ever wear them if they
are uncomfortable.
i haven't learned my lesson yet.
therefore - these 4 pair are about all my feet see.

i think that's okay.

have a happy saturday!

Monday

Wednesday

{style} : structured winter hats.

i love hats.
i always have.

in my opinion - they are an ultimate accessory
that can change the entire look of an outfit.
this season - i have had a winter love affair
with THIS hat -
it's wool, cream colored & structured {dreamy}.

what's your favorite warm AND stylish accessory?

Friday

{boots} made for walkin'

 { boots :: enzo angiolini  }

i actually try to mix up my wardrobe.
but when i find a pair of shoes that i love -
and that i can haul myself all over this city in comfortably -
 i am a major advocate
{ resulting in = not "mixing up my wardrobe" at all }

these are my current "staple".
i do not apologize, fashion world.
i love them.

{disclaimer : these boots were also my very first
"NYC Resident / real life Bloomingdale's Shopper" purchase -
...yes, they were on sale - double the goodness.}
